What you will learn in the article
Can you describe your beginnings in this adrenaline sport and your first experiences on the motocross track?
My beginnings came very early, I was not even 3 years old when I first rode a motorcycle alone. I didn't even ride on the track, but only in front of the house down the street.
What is your usual training regimen and race preparation?
My training consists mainly of preparation outside the bike, as it is time and financially intensive, so I can't ride a motorcycle every day. So it is mainly gym, running, bike, swimming and so on. I ride a motorcycle 2-3 times a week.
What are the challenges you face when playing a sport like motocross?
On a motorcycle, I face many challenges, whether physical or mental. I have to cope with doing and perceiving a large number of things at one time, and that's the hardest part for me.
Which of your motocross races has stuck in your memory the most and why?
It's definitely a World Championship race (MXGP Elbow 2023) that I rode last year. It was my debut at the World Cup, plus on home soil and I still thrived on that. I always like to remember this race. The audience backdrop was incredible and I had a great time, the icing on the cake was two world points.
Which of the GREEZIIS ointments do you use and how does it help you recover after hard workouts and races?
I really like the cooling ointment GREEZIIS. I use it after a workout or race for stiff and tired muscles. I like the strong cooling effect and it helps me to recover muscles faster and more efficiently. I use the restorative ointment GREEZIIS again mainly after knee surgery. It helps me with scars too.
What would you advise other motocross enthusiasts about taking care of your body and using specific products such as GREEZIIS ointment?
I would advise all athletes to take care of their body and give it the necessary regeneration and rest. Of course, the GREEZIIS ointment is also part of it. It seems to me that this is a very neglected topic, but it is very important.
How do you see the future of your motocross career?
I'm struggling with an injury at the moment, so my goal is to get well and get back on the bike as soon as possible. After that, race as best as you can and most importantly stay healthy. Thank you to everyone who supports me!
